Complaints Procedure
- Raise the concern directly with the relevant coach where possible.
- If the concern is not resolved, contact the Welfare Officer using the details above.
- If the issue remains unresolved, it will be referred to the Head of Academy for final review.
- Safeguarding concerns are always prioritised and escalated immediately where required.
