BOX TO BOX ACADEMY LTD trades as Box to Box Football Academy and provides youth football coaching in Wolverhampton. The academy can be contacted at admin@boxtoboxacademy.co.uk or on 07828 050693.
Current prices and billing frequencies are shown on the relevant programme or checkout page before payment. Recurring plans renew according to the information presented at checkout until cancelled. Families should contact the academy before the next renewal date when they wish to stop future billing.
Any discount, sibling offer, trial or promotional price applies only on the terms stated when it is offered. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
The academy selects coaches according to the needs of each role and expects suitable qualifications, appropriate checks, safeguarding awareness and professional conduct. Coaching assignments may change because of availability, development needs, illness or operational requirements.
The academy provides development opportunities but cannot guarantee selection for a team, playing time, a trial with another organisation, scouting interest, scholarships, academy contracts or a professional football career.
Progression decisions consider readiness, attitude, attendance, behaviour, development needs, available places and the requirements of the relevant programme. Decisions may differ between players because development is individual.
Where competitive teams or fixtures are offered, selection may consider performance, position, balance, attendance, conduct, fitness and opponent or competition requirements. Participation in coaching does not automatically create a right to team selection or equal playing time unless a specific programme states otherwise.
Player welfare takes priority over sporting and commercial considerations. Safeguarding concerns can be reported directly to the Welfare Officer using admin@boxtoboxacademy.co.uk or 07828 050693. Immediate danger should be reported to emergency services.
Football activities can be affected by weather, venue availability, coach availability, safety concerns and events outside the academy's control. Where practical, families will be informed promptly and offered the remedy stated in the Terms and Conditions.
Optional promotional use of a child's image is based on recorded consent. Registration, attendance, medical and safeguarding information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Families can update information or withdraw optional consent by contacting the academy.
Concerns should normally be raised first with the relevant coach where appropriate, then with the Welfare Officer or academy management. Safeguarding concerns can be escalated immediately and do not need to follow the ordinary complaints sequence.
We aim to acknowledge formal complaints promptly, consider relevant information fairly and explain the outcome as far as confidentiality allows.
References to leagues, venues, qualifications, governing bodies or external organisations describe relevant activities or standards. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership unless this is expressly confirmed.
Programme details, prices and policies may be updated as the academy develops. The version displayed on the website is the current public version. Material changes affecting an existing booking will be communicated where required.
